We endeavour to deliver your goods safely and on time through Australia Post. We deliver Monday to Friday during business hours across Australia. We can only deliver to a physical address and not to a PO Box.

Additional delivery charges will apply on bulk items, large orders.

Standard delivery times for Australian Capital Cities will be within 5 business days. Remote locations may be longer.

RETURNS

Exchange of unwanted goods can be made within 7 days of receipt of goods on the following conditions:
Goods are returned to us in their original condition, packaging and in re-saleable condition.
A copy of our original receipt or delivery docket enclosed.
Delivery fees will be at the cost of the purchaser.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or an incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and delivery fees, however we are unable to offer free delivery for change of mind returns or exchanges.
